Set a Timer

Use a timer and set it for 25 minutes, known as one Pomodoro. 

Work Intensely

Focus solely on the task until the timer rings, avoiding distractions. 

Take a Short Break 

After one Pomodoro, take a 5-minute break to relax and recharge. 2. Repeat: Repeat the process for three more Pomodoro

Repeat

Repeat the process for three more Pomodoros (totaling four work intervals). 

Longer Break

After completing four Pomodoros, take a 15-30 minute break. 

Track Progress

Use a tally or checkmark to track completed Pomodoros. 

Adapt as Needed

Adjust the length of Pomodoros based on your preferences and attention span. 

Minimize Interruptions

Inform others of your focus time to minimize interruptions during Pomodoros. 

Reflect and Plan

At the end of the day, reflect on accomplishments, adjust tasks as needed, and plan for the next day.
